As it appears ALL of the current supervisors at Saia in Mounds View (minus the TM) are in house bred having no. Experience at the more successful carriers (I.e. FEDEX FREIGHT, Old DOMINION, XPO), I recommend they actually get Outside training as they don't even come close to the level of excellence the real pros have.
As a former employee of this poorly run hub, I am grateful to have turned away and walked into a new culture that has real integrity and respect .

Mounds view mn put persons of lesser service time on dedicated line haul runs verses simply Respecting the line haul manual to fill such runs within 60 days to the person of greater time with the company .
I would never recommend the MN hub to anyone !

They asked me for my personal phone number, why, because they tract you from it, and they send all your week schedules to your phone and expect you to checked in with it every day to start your shifts and end your shifts with your personal phone but yet YOU CANNOT USED YOUR OWN PERSONAL PHONE WHILE YOU'RE ON DUTY. Where's the JUSTICE?
