I would ask my employee what they would like to see changed and done in the area they worked in. I would also set monthly goals for those on my team to meet, and if the goals are met. I would throw a pizza party or something along those lines.

When you hire people with a promise of training, make sure you have a plan. Without a set training plan, you might as well plan to fail. Which is why the Company is constantly hiring.

You have to reward good work. The only way I see rewarding good work is more money. If you save the company X amount, then I believe there should be compensation. Short but everyone is trying to provide for their families.
