If you are new in production you will only get training on Day shift. If they put you on middles or nights, your training will be quick and painful. Which is why they are constantly hiring. Good luck.

I had a strange interview. Very hard to read what they want and what they are looking for the only thing I'm sure of is they want someone that gets along well with everyone. I haven't heard back from them ( 2 weeks) but I'm concerned if you disagreed with something it would be frowned upon if you voiced your opinion. Seems these women want teams of followers.
