Supervisor Anatomic Pathology (Current Employee) – Fresno, CA – March 17, 2019
My scope of work is partially running a business, partially being a histo tech, mentor and supervisor I enjoy the challenge because that's what I do. Saint Agnes has no shortsge of good, compassionate folk Every job is as good as your fit with you boss and your team. Unfortunately there is a tendency for middle and upper echelon colleagues to play musical chairs.

A typical day at work here was very focused on the patient, the co-workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Leads in all departments are wonderful people to work alongside. All departments are very welcoming and friendly.
Negative and non conducive to a healthy environment..
Case Manager Assistant (Current Employee) – Fresno, CA – July 17, 2018
This company sales itself as a employee supportive healthy environment, when in all reality, the foundation of this corporation is self seeking and numbers oriented, which effects its employee sanctification. In other words, they will work you to the brink of collapse and consider you week or non committal for setting healthy boundaries. They have unrealistic expectations and set employees up for failure, with the work load and patient/staff ratio. They have good employees that are exhausted on a daily basis, and employees are not encouraged to have longevity with this company. It is a place where hard work does not pay off and is NEVER good enough. They always want more.
Nutrition Service Aide (Former Employee) – Fresno, CA – May 22, 2018
productive, fast pace, professional, serviced over 300 plus patients and stocking hospital floors, management was awesome and always available for a helping hand when needed, and very responsive, very friendly environment to work in, great team work, and the hardest part about the job when short of staff on busy days it was more difficult to manage, and the most enjoyable part of the job is having a great team that helps each other.
Phlebotomy Technician (Former Employee) – Fresno, CA – April 25, 2018
I would not recommend anyone to work in the lab dept at st. Agnes. Management is rude, their expectations are too high. It was too stressful working as a phlebotomist at st. Agnes. There are always job opening for phlebos becuase people leave or are fired. There is no room for advancement. There are not enough phlebos on the floor on a given day and if patients are not drawn in a certain amount of time, then the phlebo is accountable. Overall Very Bad management and supervisors.
Stressful, co wokers in lab dept are not nice to new people working there. Expectations are to high
