When you conduct your quarterly Town Hall, you realize the huge majority of the "town" isn't there, don't you?? You round to the hospitals and see just the leadership. Anyone who works in patient care can't simply abandon the patient to go see you. Ineffective and demoralizing to say the least.

Health benefits you have to pay visit copays and physical labor to earn minimal discounts on your premium. Then on top of that you have to go through a checklist of tests, newsletters, and challenges to get your pharmacy discounts that are only good for 4 months before you have to do it all over again.
