It’s always a two round interview process. Depending on the department the first interview is typically with the director or program manager of that department and then if they like you, they will invite you back for a 2nd interview and that consists of a panel of typically 3 people. The most frustrating part is that if they don’t hire you, they don’t inform you and for being a leading agency in TIC they should understand that looking for a job is a stressful process and should have the decency of letting people know if they aren’t hired.
