Cut back on management. It does not take 2-3 supervisors to do the job of 1. Especially when the route drivers are doing the job of 2 people. Can also get rid of driver trainers who only work when there is a new hire to train. Any driver can do this job without extra cost. Could save a ton of money in annual overhead. Remember the drivers keep this company in business by maintaining your customer base not the supervisors.
