Stressful
Customer Service Representive (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLJuly 8, 2018
To stressful and unorganized. Never met the needs of the Veterans. Supervisors need professional training. Office ran like a bad reality show. Very high turnover with employees.

Best Job
Prior Authorization Nurse (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLJanuary 15, 2018
This was one of the best jobs I have had. The training was onsite but a remote position. The staff was great to work with and very flexible. The compensation was extremely fair.

Continued Growth Needed From Within
Human Resources (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLJuly 25, 2012
This has the potential to be a great company. However, management does not wish to pay employees according to fair market value and employees are expected to pay for all company sponsored trips and wait to be reimbursed. Without the residual income, this creates economic hardship on personnel. Lack of consistent performance reviews, if any, and continued turn over all creates an atmosphere of non-cohesiveness. Very small staff, unfortunately who have no upward mobility.
Pros
paid parking (in garage)
Cons
ethics/professionalism, unreasonable expectations of staff, inconsistencies

Small Law Firm with family atmosphere
Legal/ Office Assistant for the President (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLMay 17, 2012
I was the personal assistant for the CEO. I took messages, collaborated emails and kept track of schedules and contacts. Some days were very fast paced while others were very slow. I only had a few co-workers as it was a small company. The most enjoyable part was meeting important people in the Political field. The hardest part was keeping up with the fast paced environment.
Pros
hours varied, freedom to get work done
Cons
small work space, very few breaks, long distance to travel (almost an hour each way)
