In roles where they are looking to hire either a "Senior Manager" or "Director" how do they determine what level they place you? Do they value accomplish achievements (especially if they are practically unheard of for smaller companies and still excellent compared to a larger company) over companies where you worked previously?
They haven't looked to hire a Senior Manager, you would have to be there for a while.
