Members have enjoyed the club for generations and have gathered here to get away from the stress of their professional lives and create cherished memories with their families.

Productive, fast paced great work environment!

Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great career and to be a part of a good group of people, my year and a half here was definitely some of the best experiences I've ever had in my life along with some of the best people I have ever met!

Loved my role at SCC, though expectations for the club from management are laughable. Great people, fun members, but the vision isn't there, execution not there, and management is shady.

Low quality

I work at the Salina country club several times and this last time was the worst its ran by a place called Troon and they are like a a silent partner that collects more then they give most of management is corrupt and lazy

Great place to work. Many other nice employees. Members are also very caring, which makes the job much easier. My bosses were exceptional as well. Always giving compliments and making work easier.

Great work environment

Laid back environment with easy work schedule. Good pay with good employee benefits, but not family benefits. Physical, outside work but very enjoyable and rewarding.
