Increasing pay to $10 an hour was good...cutting hours to under 20 with no full time associates basically cut their paychecks. Also cutting total hours to run the store is inviting shoplifters and robbery. New mansgement hss padded their pockets and took all associates incentives away. Bad move Sally Beauty

Better pay, enough employee hours to actually run the store sufficiently, send backup when a store manager asks for it, STOP THREATENING JOBS when number are not in track (instead offer more incentive for employees to meet sales like commission), give a large variety/better selection of IOM's throughout the store -or- lower expectations on IOM's.

Stop demanding ridiculous goals which intentionally pit staff against each other. You can’t preach teamwork, but then threaten to get rid of an associate for not reaching thier individual targets. It isn’t fair.

Since the sales are expected of you, and you should sell a certain amount per sale. The management should come up with a way for you to get credit for the sale even if you did not ring it up, alot of the time you get busy on the floor helping another customer with questions and your "sale" gets charged by a co-worker. Mind you, if you are busy helping another you can not run to the register and stop your co-worker from charging to do it yourself, that is just unethical. Come up with a question the Customer service rep can ask the client such as "Hello, did you find everything ok today ? Great, did anyone in particular help you?" If they respond with a name we should charge them with that person's code. If they did not get any help then, anyone can charge at this point, this is important to lower the tension in the workplace, some workers do not even want to charge people that buy only one item it seems like, because that will affect your sale average . Some customers are set on only buying one item no matter how many sales pitches you throw at them. PLEASE HELP

Listen to your employees. Pay more or expect less. You can’t control every aspect of your employees, you also can’t dangle their job on the line every time they can’t make outrageous goals.

Higher wages, the new incentive policy is also very low. Not enough to entice an employee, even with commission it's under 10.00 per hour. Also making better investments in the store, for example, locking up hair and clippers. Sale associates are to act as "loss prevention" as well, yet being so understaffed doesn't help the associate to keep an eye on the overall store. Upgraded the p.o.s systems and printers. The systems in place now are from the 1980's yet they spent millions for each store to have an IPad? Invest where it's needed!
