Listen to your employees. Pay more or expect less. You can’t control every aspect of your employees, you also can’t dangle their job on the line every time they can’t make outrageous goals.

Higher wages, the new incentive policy is also very low. Not enough to entice an employee, even with commission it's under 10.00 per hour. Also making better investments in the store, for example, locking up hair and clippers. Sale associates are to act as "loss prevention" as well, yet being so understaffed doesn't help the associate to keep an eye on the overall store. Upgraded the p.o.s systems and printers. The systems in place now are from the 1980's yet they spent millions for each store to have an IPad? Invest where it's needed!

Sally beauty discriminated a sale associate for speaking her native language.Later on,she filed a discrimination charge against the company. The company fired the sale associate. A lawsuit is on the way. Management is so incompetent

Better pay and more hours would be awesome. We are expected to do so much like consultations, Making our ratios, shipment, planoguides. Paper work, and Correction counts.

See how to make the work a little more interesting, Lead man most always have a good attitude and greet co-works, Lead man most always look ready and excited for the days challenges and confident to breaking production record. Be supportive and cheerful for whatever number was reached and look for positive things to say for next day task. rewarding crew with lunch or potluck day. Being there for your team and lesson to them and feel their pain

Again, better wages, brings in professional people. That want to stay and create N environment that brings Sally's to number 1, in professional advice, customer service and excitement to work for Sally's.
Also a work life balence.

Higher pay, to qualified workers. Always maintaining a professional environment.
Paying minimum wage, you will always get minimum results and high turn over , never creating the professional environment Sally's should be. Companies need to realize that the people make the company. Not the company makes the people .
hire low, get low. Eventually, another company will take your place, if not realized.

I suggest increasing the hours of the store, maybe expanding and bring in newer products and more varieties of the brands they already carry and also raise the starting rates, the pay is very disappointing.
