This use to be the best place to work. The owner treated his employees as family. Not so much anymore. Obviously being profitable is more important to him than valuing the commitment of his long term employees. 10, 15, 20 year employees' tenure bonuses were cut this year, with no warning, not even so much as a certificate of appreciation. Fun work place with supportive co-workers and staff. The company definitely has its own culture that takes some getting used to, but that is to be expected with such a specialized industry.

I worked on a large number of projects, most with a very fast turn around time. I enjoyed the fast pace, but felt I had to put quantity over quality more times
