I agree that it’s a sinking ship. They don’t care about their employees at all. Will use you up only until you are no longer any use to them.

If they keep switching brands and raising prices the customer will use other outlets

I think the company had reached its peak. Store side the company can't progress with management not wanting to try new things and being comfortable in their positions.
