Truthfully, working in the kitchen was not a bad experience. However the managers are not prepared to be successful in such a place. The workload and pressure that is placed amongst them is beyond unfair. It's truly a scenario of the blind leaving the blind. Salt and Straw is an amazing company to work for. The downside the managers most are amazing but there are a few who just dont click with the team and think they dont have to do anything and not bother to connect with the team at all.
