1. The Council may approve funding for an Annual Merit Adjustment. Merit employees
are eligible for an annual merit increase if they received an overall score of at least 3.0
in their most recent annual performance appraisal.

They are ok for now, but they want therapists to work business hours Monday through Friday (8:00-5:00) because that’s when admin and managers are there to micromanage everyone. They don’t care that clients work during those hours and that therapists need to be available outside of those timeframes.
