About four months. They were EXTREMELY unprofessional. I am kicking myself for taking this job.

It was "paid time off" which included sick and vacation time in the same pool. This policy forces people to come to work sick so that they do not sacrifice a vacation day. I have never worked at a healthcare facility with this policy. Most are smart enough to recognize that a sick employee coming to work can contaminate the rest of the staff.
