How long should I work in this organization to get a maternity leave?

An employee must work for any organization for 12 months to qualify for Family Medical Leave (FML) and have 12 weeks leave. For those who do not qualify for FML we would pursue and Americans Disability Act (ADA) leave for 6 weeks leave in cases of maternity prior to FML eligibility
