Expect to be treated well at the interview and prepare to lose your voice 100%. The communication is literally garbage.

Answered - House Manager (Current Employee) - Lansing, MI

Report answer

Don't waste your time, the pay is low, staffing is horrible and there is poor communication among managers. They tell you they're all for team work and talk a good game but don't deliver. They are extremely unorganized, say they want employees that can help achieve it. But do not accept any ideas, suggestions offered. If you are desperate for a job apply, they pretty much hire on the spot because people do not stay there and they're desperate
