Since I was out of state for school, I had two over the phone interviews. The first was with someone from HR and the second was with two of my employers/higher-ups in the transportation department.
I had 2 interviews. Over the course of 2-3 weeks.
I work 45 to 50 hours a week. Very flexible, I try to get every Friday afternoon off!
On average, I work 8 to 8.5 hours a day. Sometimes, with a big looming deadline, there is a lot of overtime, which can be a good thing or a bad thing.
