New building and cafeteria; if you are patient, there are opportunities to advance. However, limited ability to provide meaningful input into strategic decisions. Managed completely from South Korea.

Nothing (Former Employee) –  San Jose, CAJuly 25, 2017
I applied for internships here many times. Who knew these people won't hire anyone of low income. It's not nice at all. The HR here are liars. They give you the false belief of being hired.
Pros
laidback, large office
Cons
bad hr

Engineering Technician (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXMay 31, 2017
Management here is on pins and needles so they trickle that sentiment down. One second you are making such great progress, the next moment you are being walked to the door while being terminated.
Pros
Certain departments are better than others
Cons
Competition and stress are through the roof.

Principal Engineer (Current Employee) –  KiheungMay 6, 2017
A typical day we do monitor the daily trend of process parameters, DC, and yield results, discuss with other team members on how to deal with technical and operational issues, and do conference call with customers.
Typical one day is often hectic.
I have learned how to communicate with team members, other teams, and customers.
Our culture is somewhat collective instead of individual.
Pros
Free meals
Cons
Long working hours and few hours with family
