It didn’t go as planned

Do your own research before applying here. If what you’re looking for is a place where you get paid and leave home at 5 pm; this is for you. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a company where you can grow professionally, where your work is valued and where you have a sense of purpose, this is not the place. If you have a herd mentality, go ahead and apply, 99% out of 100% of the time you will get hired. If you’re willing to let people cross your boundaries, if you bow down your head and nod yes to all, this is your place. Keep in mind employees are voiceless here and they will make sure they fire you before your waiting period is over not pay you any benefits. Your phone number is a public record. All the employees have to share their numbers with the rest of the company in a public app.

Worst company to work for

This company does not value their employees they are awful and they throw multiple amount of work loads without paying what it deserved the management and Hr department treat you horribly they do nothing to fix the toxic work environment that their is it’s the worst place I’ve ever worked at.

If you want to grow, you should apply here

I have been here for a few years and I have witnessed how the company has grown at a fast pace. Along with that growth, many opportunities, departments and positions have also been created. My department has also grown exponentially along with the company. If you want to work in a place that has many opportunities for you to learn and grow, this is the job for you. The company culture is excellence and they are always improving processes to achieve it. Management has also grown and with that the benefits they offer to all of us have improved over the years. The company also offer bonuses and benefits including subsidize your car payment and mileage if you qualify. We work hard but we also get rewarded for our efforts. I take pride when I say that I know personally the high quality of the work we do here, and the kind of professionals that work and lead this company. What makes me the happiest after years working here are the lives we have been able to help and change for the better when our clients trust in what we do.

Very welcoming

It’s so far the best place I’ve worked. I love it here, the staff is very welcoming. The owners are amazing and care about their employees. Relocated to the area and this company provided me the security I needed to make my move.

Fun place to work and you learn a lot of things

Sanabria and associates is a fun place to work and you get to know a lot of things about the Inmmigration and legal aspect, even thought I am in the Marketing Department, I get to know a lot of things about this area and my superior support me in the decisions.

Very toxic work environment. Management is terrible.

You think the pay is good at first, then you realize how much work you have to do for it, and it’s just not worth it. On top of that management is horrible. They make empty promises all the time so better get it in writing and even then they do not stick to it at times. A lot of attorneys do not have much experience and a lot falls on the paralegal. They treat clients as if they were cattle, not humans. They have a problem with you taking vacation, even if you have time available, especially during Christmas. HR is run buy people who had no experience prior and doesn’t know much about law. It’s exhausting working here. Work and the work atmosphere drains you very quickly.

This firm provides excellent training, mentorship and opportunities to develop a great legal career. In addition, their compensation structure is the best in the industry allowing higher incomes with a bonus program available to everyone.

Fun place to work at!

I've been here less than a year, and I was given many opportunities. It's a fun place to work, we work hard, but we also have fun. Management is excellent; they really consider whatever you discuss with them. I'm thrilled to be part of this company; as I said, the opportunities to grow here are REAL and sometimes happen faster than you think. So glad I applied here and that I was considered for the job.

Hostile, Toxic WORK Culture

I do not recommend anyone to work here. The amount of destructive energy is experienced as your time here increases. This place is toxic and hostile at its finest. Everyone who works here and has worked here can testify. Only if you are "liked" by the owner will you succeed.
