I hide it. I'm ashamed that most in our community--it is a company town do not know how awful Sandia is to the people who work there. Now the White Men I'm sure are proud--they rule the world at Sandia.

Very difficult. Unless you really prove yourself and are willing to go all out, and then you best make sure you graduated with the right degree, gpa, and from a top school. Anyone else they look down their nose at.

You must be a current student, if you already work at Sandia you will maintain your student position for six months to give you time to find another job either with Sandia or with another company after the six months you will be let go.

Actually, I knew they were interested in me upfront, It was the finalizing of the HR paperwork that took the longest.
