I enjoy working for this company. It was fun, exciting, momentary changes. I was involved in other activities there.

A typical day at work was excited. Sometimes not doing the same job but, enjoy and didn't mind whatever I was told to do. I learned how to handle change momentary better. The managers and support system was great. I enjoy being a team player with my co-workers. Sometimes when they were having a bad day everyone could count on me on making them smile. I volunteered a lot of over time to go the extra mile in helping the company succeed.
overtime, also being safety lead, on change agentz committee
momentary change, can be stress at times, some times you have to keep smiling when working with team players that had a negative attitude
Team Lead, Professional III (Former Employee) – Broomfield, CO – May 22, 2019
I worked for Sandoz 9 years. During that time I learned a great deal. The company supported training to improve knowledge better than anywhere else I worked. They also allowed me to organize 2 blood drives, and also matched charitable donations, so they were supportive in helping the community. They had very flexible hours, which made the work-life balance great. The work culture was positive. At the end, they were cutting corners, leading to after I left, a less than stellar FDA audit. However this was a relatively short amount of the time I was there and they could very well have turn things around by now.
work-life balance, support in structured learning
For a short time at the end of my time there, they were cutting corners
