Would avoid ADC unless you've got no other options

The company as a whole is not a terrible place to work; the warehouse (Sandvik Americas Distribution Center, or, Sandvik ADC) is not a great place to work.
There has been awful turmoil at the leadership level for a number of years, mandatory changes to shift schedules, favoritism and nepotism and incompetence across all levels of the white collar work force.
You will not know what time you'll be off until, if you're lucky, an hour before, and often you won't know at all until it's called over the intercom. You will work mandatpry overtime most days, and depending on the time of year you will frequently be forced to work weekends.
If you struggle in any aspect of your job you will not get help. If you have issues personally or professionally with a co-worker, a work process, or equipment you will be heard but not listened to.
There is a chance this could change but the trend has been downward for years now. I would start my search somewhere else first and only circle back if I was desperate.
