Sandyland Farms is a very safe farm operation. Lots of action, newer, modern, efficient equipment, generous owners and managers. A good environment for learning and growing into a long-term career. A good attitude and willingness to learn will be rewarded.

I was treated like family my first day. Our supervisor provided us a verity of things each day, coffee, donuts, cookies, and pizza. We had 15 minute breaks every 2 to 3 hours.

I enjoyed my time employed at Sandyland Farms. We were appreciated, and taken care of. Everyone was very kind, and welcoming. They supplied us with gloves, water, coffee, and a variety of snacks. We also received a small bonus at the end of the season.

Can be slow-paced, have learned about the farming of potatoes. Management is very family oriented. Hardest part of working here is consent interuption of job change duties. But makes the day go quickly.
