The environment was always productive. The system is big however so it is easy to feel like another clog in the machine. The environment can often be high stress.

Loved my coworkers and going in to work every day. However compensation is poor and rarely give out raises. You also can feel under attack by management.

The family vibes are strong in orientation but once you’re on the IT floor you’re swimming in the multi-current ocean for yourself. Managers have managers and not many seem to be on the same page. Positive change is difficult to facilitate: even with VP cooperation, you need multiple VPs for effective long term improvements. Some good managers exist. The competitive pay you ask for comes at the cost of your health, stress runs high regularly. Multiple coworkers have mentioned measured health impacts directly correlating with high stress work. I concur. If you like to plan 48 hours or more in advance, don’t plan to apply here due to regularly shifting priorities. Roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of meetings with your manager will be canceled, postponed, or ghosted by your manager. This includes team or personal meetings. The team in various forms of organization had 50% turnover. To clarify, each separate year consistently had 50% off the team separate with the company. They utilize task finished number metrics (regardless of time/requirements) and use the quiet fire approach most commonly. Some find their niche and are happy. Great for locals or those looking for a step along their career. The big size offers variety to learn.

Registered Nurse in Sioux Falls, SD

Organized, implements best practice, treated traveling nurses well. Management is young but competent. ICU Doctors are good and treat employees and patients with respect. Would travel there again.

RN Circulator in Fargo, ND

Really liked the work I was doing and enjoyed the people I worked with. Management was not great and would not listen to issues brought up to them. Staff would suffer longer shifts and not good conditions because management would not make appropriate changes.
