Every year, but they are of no significance. They tend to be less than inflation, which means your quality of life actually decreases the longer you stay employed here.
The base for everyone has been an increase of 1% across the board for the past 4 years, but there is a discretionary 1-5% on top of this that management can divvy out... I've never heard of anyone receiving above a 3% increase, though, and this doesn't really help much when the base wages are lower than similar positions elsewhere.

Annually. This year (2016) raises came out to be 1.7%. So thats comes out to be less than $.14
