Interview some want to see you again for a second interview then you do a two week training you do get paid for as your training there will be days you go to different sanitas to do training there and other days you'll be able to go to the location you chose to see how a day of work is there after the two weeks you start working at the sanitas you chose.

Don't accept a position at this facility. It is a horrible place to work. Management is unsupportive. You have to learn everything on your own, and get in trouble if you don't know something. You are watched working on camera by the managers. They are all about the money. They could care less about patient's or employees. You are treated like their servant.

Send someone you trust to work at each facility for 2-3 weeks without informing anyone, especially the Office manager or medical director. You will be surprised once you learn about what is happening at some of the facilities.
