Have a more supportive management. They always seem to look for the negative and gang up on employees for minute issues making it a very miserable place to work

Fast paced during jan-march due to insurance renewal

Interview some want to see you again for a second interview then you do a two week training you do get paid for as your training there will be days you go to different sanitas to do training there and other days you'll be able to go to the location you chose to see how a day of work is there after the two weeks you start working at the sanitas you chose.

Send someone you trust to work at each facility for 2-3 weeks without informing anyone, especially the Office manager or medical director. You will be surprised once you learn about what is happening at some of the facilities.
