Manager (Current Employee) – Connecticut – September 14, 2018
Working at Sanitas has been such a great experience, my co workers are amazing. I have learned a lot and they have been very patient . Our Medical Director hete on Bridgeport is amazing en in general, the team is awsome! !! I have been with the company for 2 years and I'm still enjoying and loving my job.
Terrible management cut throat environment. You have to be Colombian in order to move up in the company. No structure and poor morale amongst your coworkers. Constant changes which make it difficult to do your job. Impossible to share your concerns or issues with Human Resources which is a complete disaster. This company has the backing of a larger company Florida Blue but is run like a third world company.
Medical Assistant (Former Employee) – Coral Springs, FL – March 21, 2018
is a good company, the work environment is very calm, co-workers help you in everything you need, the clinic is in very good condition is a very nice place to work, the only bad thing is the low salary.
Hostility is supported by management. In the event you discuss the hostility with the supervisor, be prepared for retaliation from most of the team. What you discuss with the supervisor gets to the team minutes after you leave her office.
Patient Registration Clerk (Former Employee) – Miami-Dade County, FL – November 7, 2017
This company is a joke! As you can see by the reviews its a foreign company that has now come to the U.S. They have no idea how to run an American Company. They are filling all their top positions with Colombians and other from countries that treat their employee's unfairly. Management has no clue what they are doing, their hiring process is terrible and the turnover is terrible. Employee morale is terrible and it reflects on patient care. All smoke and mirrors...beautiful facility ugly ambience!
