They really try to help you through out the job! and the Benefits are amazing! The culture is really what I like about it because they understand that people live and work at home so background noise it not too important to them unless the noise is really interfering with your calls!

The worst place to work at!!!! Idk how some of them got promoted to supervisors and leads. Lots lots and lots of favoritism from supervisors, managers and hr. If supervisor or lead dislike you they give you a hard time. Pay was ok but could get paid better for the hours they want us there.

The actual job was easy if used to working in warehouses. However the favoritism was obvious and there was a lot of gossip by the people who work there.
