Pay more with better benefits. You pay for quality. All the customers at my plant are angry with us because we're weeks and months behind on product delivery, yet we keep getting new work and new jobs. They're hiring anyone and everyone right now, just to get people there, but are putting them in positions they aren't qualified for and expecting results.
I already have anxiety and yesterday I had chest pains from it. I had to walk away for 10 minutes because I was so anxious about my work. That's not healthy.
