Working hours are fine. Only downside is that they don't like it if you work too many hours and they try to get you to take a day off to decrease your hours.

I worked here 15 yrs as a rep in 3 divisions.
I loved the company and managers! I still have a great respect and love for 2 leading managers (Bob Griffin and Mark Register).

Relaxed European...no office unless your a Business Partner or VP...etc. General population doesn't have assigned seating....they use soft phones that plug into ur laptop.....actually have sufficient amount of "bubble rooms (conference rooms) most people work from home 45% of the time so there usually free.

Give contractors who have experience onsite access to the internal job board. I feel that we are just as qualified as the internal employees and it gives other people a chance at success.

Vacation policy was on par with other companies. I got 15 days per year at the time.
