Good enough if you're just starting your career
Not much to complain about, everything is pretty mediocre. But you get to actually learn a lot of stuff if you're new to the industry. You gotta deal with many procedures, systems, which can be extremely slow at times. You have to be very good at time management and multitasking in order to be a top performer.

Horrible Experience
Sell... Sell... Sell some more. Attain these ridiculous sales goals. Push your staff-PMP if they don't meet their goals. Bare bones staffing. Stay late and make outbound cold sales calls-here is a list. No sign of District Manager unless you make a mistake or are not making WAP... Stress stress stress... Horrible compensation-by the time you break down your salary by the number of hours you have to work, you're lucky to be making minimum wage.

Pay is good
Their motto is Simple Fair and Personal. Their culture is complicated, fear based and numbers based. Impressive control of behavior, I must say. They expect perfection and change the rules often. I sound bitter because I was terminated for forgetting a rule which I executed hundreds of times correctly and forgot a half a dozen times - once when I was distracted by a manager giving me advice in the middle of a difficult phone call. Other times because I just forgot while following many of the other multitude of rules. By their bonus system, I was successful, but admittedly did not do well with their rigid control of the phone conversations.

I left in the first week out of training
My interview indicated that I would be assisting customers with their vehicle loans and leases. I ended up doing more collections than service. I was very unhappy doing collections especially during the pandemic when people are in a lot of financial stress.

The constant changes
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Though the pay is somewhat fair, it’s not enough to deal with the high level of stress. People who work there are comfortable.
