Training was okay, though this is the kind of job that you learn better when on the actual floor and put it into practice. The compensation structure was not something I agreed with and the schedule did not work for my lifestyle

The training is well done. Once you learn and get the hang of it its not hard. However its a customer service/office job, so if your introverted or not the smiling type its not for you. They don’t focus on sales goals like most banks, its mainly customer service and operations. Operations are always changing which leads to worries of getting fired - more...
