Decent place to work

The training is well done. Once you learn and get the hang of it its not hard. However its a customer service/office job, so if your introverted or not the smiling type its not for you. They don’t focus on sales goals like most banks, its mainly customer service and operations. Operations are always changing which leads to worries of getting fired - more...
Pros
Schedule Flexibility, Good Health/Dental/Vision.. Easy Job
Cons
Computer Systems are slow, job is very tedious, office culture where favorites are obvious. Rules are constantly changing.
