Make sure you know this will be a good bank or branch for you. They will chew you up and spit you out in a heartbeat. They don’t care about you only the rules. If your sick you will get written up for not being able to get out of bed. Trust no one.

Horrible training they crammed 2 text books in your head In two weeks and think you won’t mess up in the branch then the employees where miserable and basically not helping at all even though your new treat you like you been an employee for years and act like why don’t you know anything smh wanted to quit my 3 day in because of the treatment from co workers

Uk - phone call explaining position , hr phone interview , actual group interview with role play face to face interview and maths and English test, hr call within few days then start date given , checks done credit file checked and explanations needed if any defaults , up to 3years employment history required and contacted for references , start 4weeks training classroom then on floor with buddy for 6-8weeks then one more week training then back to work ...6montha probation and then reviewed and told yes or no !!!
