Horrible training they crammed 2 text books in your head In two weeks and think you won’t mess up in the branch then the employees where miserable and basically not helping at all even though your new treat you like you been an employee for years and act like why don’t you know anything smh wanted to quit my 3 day in because of the treatment from co workers
Training is ample however much of it only touches upon what one needs to know and learn to be effective in the branch, particularly when they are often chronically understaffed.
