Attendance policy is strict. If you have pto you get the time off or cover yourself if you're late. If you don't then you're out of luck... you get write ups. I've seen people terminated after 3.

It was automatic. The thing about Santander is employees always try to help one another to improve on quality at the workplace, and help the managers as well, also employees try to boost moral or be supportive. I think free onsite moral boosting or counseling would dedinitely benefit the employees which would indeed benefit Santander as well in the long run.
