A very good place where folks are given opportunities to work on cutting edge technology projects and work with huge Fortune 500 companies. Project timelines are a bit aggressive but tons of learning to manage such fast paced programs.

The merger between Sapient and Razorfish was anything but smooth. The integration of employees was non-existent. Massive rolling layoffs. Huge gaps between upper management. Systems not followed, clients lost. It was a shame as the teams and culture at Sapient was tight -knit, hard working and fun. The people were truly some of the best and brightest - more... I've ever worked with, but the structure and moral crashed with the merger. - less
