Along with the updating of systems so you can do prepays (on desiel) I'd like more communication between management and employees. There's way too much gossip where it shouldn't be. If management is to make a rule, they themselves need to follow said rule if they expect their employees too. Also. The 11-7am shift. They're the ones benefiting with the better pay yet I've had to work on that shift as a fill in or stay over. They spend about 1hr cleaning and the rest of the night doing didley squat. Meanwhile management is leaving notes for the other shifts to clean this or that. That stuff should have been done on the night shift. They are the cleaning shift. Call offs. They are so common at the location I work at and you never get reprimanded. Basically you can do it ever night and still have a job to go to. And if your a team lead, you should be setting an example. Just saying. Seems like the 3-11pm shift gets screwed the most by call offs. Always making our shifts 3-3am shifts instead. Get rid of the employees who don't care to come to work and do there work, or you'll lose good employees in the process due to to many unnecessary 12hr shifts. And respect and appreciate your employees. Especially the ones who show up day in and day out and get there job done!

Management terrible! They would sit upstairs and gossip about their employees. They allow lower management to treat the associates badly not all, most are ok but a few bully associates and get away with it.

I knew someone that worked there and so I sent in and application and was called a few days later asking when I could come in for an interview.

Not flexible. You can walk into your 8hr day and by the end of it, it now becomes a 12hr day without notice because of constant call offs. You can't say no. That's unfair. Especially to those who have families. You request time off? Most likely will get denied. 2days off? You're lucky to get 1. And if you do get 2, they're never back to back.
