For an agency with a mission of helping the impoverished, I find it sad that at a full time salary i could not afford a market rate apartment nor could I afford food. There is poor communication between administration and front line workers. Often Admin makes decisions that are not feasible to front like workers. Time management seems to be an issue as well. And watch out what you say or do in front of people. They pretend they are all good but that isn't always the case.

Development & Volunteer Coordinator (Former Employee) – Ballston Spa, NY – October 13, 2018
Too much gossip. The environment was stressful. People gossiped all of the time and hardly did their job and then management would get angry when things were not accomplished to their liking, even though they were the one talking with you.
Family Educator (Current Employee) – Malta, NY – April 30, 2014
This place is great to work and I have learned that you put a lot of miles on your car in this position. I like this position because I can still plan for children in early childhood and I am helping families help their children learn.
