Pay cna better leave them on the unit they work the best on. Team work nurses jump in to help and not boss them around all the time bc to me its the patient that comes frist in everything that need to be done

So many of these posts are accurate based on my recent experience as an employee. The code of conduct has been forgotten by the powers that be in favor of making them "look good" and have control for their benefit!! A tremendous amount of deception to the point of putting residents and staff in danger.

It's one lvn for 56 residents and another lvn for 58 residents no respiratory therapist or wound nurse. admissions are done by the lvn.

Scheduled for 8 hr shifts rarely actually worked 8. Due to on coming staff being allowed to clock in 45min-2hrs after scheduled shift very frustrating. Also only RN staffed with 1-2 LPN on med carts whenadmission come in RN must complete assessment on shift plus maintain med cart required staying over to complete charting
