Pay cna better leave them on the unit they work the best on. Team work nurses jump in to help and not boss them around all the time bc to me its the patient that comes frist in everything that need to be done

Scheduled for 8 hr shifts rarely actually worked 8. Due to on coming staff being allowed to clock in 45min-2hrs after scheduled shift very frustrating. Also only RN staffed with 1-2 LPN on med carts whenadmission come in RN must complete assessment on shift plus maintain med cart required staying over to complete charting
