I hear a lot of “they hire whoever” and that their turnover is high, buy yet I’ve applied with this company several times and they don’t even give me a phone interview, much less a face to face interview. So I’m surprised to hear that they’re always hiring and firing when I can’t seem to get my foot in the door (unless they’re hiring who they know).

Understaffed and poor management. 30 patients for 1 nurse. Your license is at risk. Deplorable work environment and staff not friendly due to cliques. This place will never be well staffed as employees don’t take well to new hires. They refuse to train properly and are rude to the point of yelling at new hires. Do yourself a favor and don’t apply for this place.
