I think the quality of the interview would depend on the position. My interview was great. I was asked questions about my current and previous employment. Mostly open-ended questions that require a story of some kind. I think they wanted to here successful ways I accomplished tasks. Very kind, very upbeat. Seems like a great place to work.

Very uncomfortable interview and poorly planned. Initially, I met with one person and throughout my interview, the person interviewing me kept yawning. About mid-way through the interview, two additional people came in (a man and a woman) to interview me. Many of the questions I had just answered were asked again. The woman was rude and condescending and it seemed she enjoyed making me uncomfortable. This is not the type of company I would want to work for.

Interview process is very comfortable, be truthful with them and let them know your qualifications, most important just be yourself.
