Horrible. Management in my store only works 32 hours a week. They refuse to give full time even to the hiring manager. Cashiers are lucky to get 26 hours a week.
50+ hours a week

I worked 37 days without a day off. No other manager available to take breaks or leave the store to go eat.

Depends on each individual management mine is pretty good about working with you. They have a request off book in the office. Our buisness hours are 8am-10pm so you can be in as early as 6am and as late as midnight. Highly unlikely but still possible. I believe the least amount of hours I've seen someone have is 8 and the max was 40 but that's a rarity they try to stay at 24 or belown if possible.
Company had two shifts. 2nd shift ended when all orders for the day were completed.

You have to be available all shifts. And consider yourself lucky if you get more than 40 hours a month as a part time employee
