If some big changes don't happen soon, Save Mart will continue to bleed talent. In the past three months, my location lost half of its Service Specialists because of stress, underpay, problems with management and the union, and cuts to hours. I've seen Key Holders who would make excellent middle-managers be passed over for promotions and have their hours cut at the same time. Employee loyalty is not rewarded by Save Mart. Even 15 year veteran Save Mart employees will have their hours cut, and be refused full-time commitment.
