Save Mart is a good place to work. you need to be ready to run for your full shift and make sure all of your work and documents are in place before you leave your shift.

There is very little opportunity for advancement unless you are one of the chosen few who get into management. Ok place to work while in school not good for the long term.

just a paycheck

typical day - not much help in the labor hours a lot of working alone,
what I learned - everything needed to handle a department,, paperwork and people.
management - management is management.
co-workers - a lot of good people just stuck in a dead end job
hardest part of the job - not being valued and acknowledged
most enjoyable - the customers and co=workers
