Being an older worker I know the importance of being in a positive upbeat friendly working environment and how that effects your outside life. Work here has been that, my co workers (most have been with the store since opening day) are great and we all help each other when needed. We strive to have a great store take pride in our customer service and it shows, our store is unique and sets a high standard in the industry. That being said when bringing in new outside management , remember you're continuing on where someone else left off, not coming in to crack the perverbial whip, if it's not broken don't try to fix it. It's a given we aren't paid enough but the perks and enviroment help balance that out. Don't take that away and end up with unhappy, undedicated workers. So far it's great

Very back and forth. One day, you'll have a good time getting the job done, and others you're having to pick up someones slack and over work and stress all day
The conversations amongst coworkers can also be very negative towards subjects or issues, or it can fun and lighthearted. You never know what you'll get on any given day
As far as management, they're usually pleased, but sometimes you feel like what you do, it never enough

Disfunctional, no clear guidelines as to what you can and can't do. You are treated like cattle, replaceable.

Employees were fun to work with. The production manager was on a whole different level. Rude and hateful. It was all about making her look good

Like a circus run by monkeys. If you have even a gram of intelligence, they'll make you feel like you're an asset, while in the meantime they're working with district management to get rid of you. Mental anguish to the extreme.
