Started out as great place, great management
Ended up understaffed, under-appreciated and micro-managed by upper management.
Looked forward to going to work every day until work kept piling up and piling up with projects that were benefiting upper management, not the actual job.
Loved working for a non-profit until everything turned in to making more and more money for the company itself.
Great benefits, casual atmosphere
Little gratitude, a lot of pointing out how everyone could still do better
