We are doing a lot to make SBA Communications a better place to work. Most important, we are holding employee focus groups globally to listen to employees' ideas on how to do this. Action plans will be created, communicated and implemented based on these ideas. SBA is also carefully reviewing pay, benefit and wellness programs to ensure competitiveness. Leadership development and employee development programs will continue to be a highlight in 2019 and beyond.

You know who the bullies are. There is clearly a pattern of abuse and mismanagement. Get rid of the bullies and people with potential will stay instead of quitting. I just stopped caring and waited until something better came along. Some managers admit that they will never do anything about the bullies because THEY ARE AFRAID of the bullies.
If you like cliques and enjoyed the movie Mean Girls this is the place for you to live that fantasy. Otherwise, run away and don't look back.
Thoroughly get to know the people put in charge as managers and in charge of other peoples lively hoods. Someone who has admitted in the office to being autistic and also unable to empathize with others shouldnt be in charge of anyone.
