Need to hire qualified people in management and other key positions. HR, managers, and training are terrible. Return to the family values this company once had and get rid of the cut throat and micro managing mentality that has taken over.
HR and the managers have become so cut throat that people are very scared that they may say the wrong thing or do the wrong thing and be terminated as a result. Get back to being a family company.
