Something as simple as printing and verifying labels turn people into monsters if the littlest of mistakes are made. NEVER get a DEV your supervisor will flip. In all departments 1st shift does little to no work then what’s left over from their shift they leave it for 2nd shift

This company does not give good pay. constantly changing rules. Forced to work weekends on short notice. Pays you $25 gift card on xmas and reports it on your pay check as revenue. Leads don't know anything and person is promoted to a Manager who does not know anything about the job. Pay is ridiculously low. This place does not have AC or Heater according to the weather. This place does not give you any breaks only lunch. so you work straight 5 hours until lunch.

Management does not show enough appreciation due their employees. There’s an over abundance of favoritism, you can do a thousand things right but they only focus on the wrong, you can be targeted for telling the truth, they don’t know how to talk to their employees,

the company good place to work but management sucks on communication they rather worry about the negative instead of the positive the never say you're doing a good job and there to much favoritism at this company and if you get sick ad still have a doctor note they still fire you

For what you do on a daily/what they (the company) make producing the product, you should make more. Also, the management wouldn't know communication if it smacked them in the face, they're all like children who act petty and unprofessional because they're in positions of power. Good luck reporting anything too, employees are rarely listened to and when you talk to HR they are very obviously on the management's side and not yours. Pretty much a lose/lose situation. I recommend you find somewhere that pays better and gives you the sanity that makes you want to wake up and go to work everyday.
